Copyright in these codes has not been transferred to SEG. Previously
existing applications of the codes prohibit such copyright transfer.
These codes apply several techniques, each varying in intellectual
ownership and application. Their combination as a tool here is the
product, not the codes specifically, and use of these codes for
seismic reflection data processing is already under way in the
commercial market. The author of the associated Geophysics article
has granted SEG an unlimited worldwide license to distribute the
codes and has asserted that he has full power to grant SEG this license.

All provisions stated in the document disclaimer.txt apply to these
codes except for statements referring to SEG copyright. That document
is contained within the SEG archive of these codes and also is
