  Also available in compiled form Win95 or MSDOS
  No installation process, no hidden 'state'
  Public domain, no licensing restrictions
  Probably no patent restrictions [ more definite from October '97 ]
  Compact source code, small executable ( less than 64k bytes )
  Very simple command line interface

Cryptographic components:
  Elliptic curves over GF(2^255)
  SHA1 for hashing
  Square for encryption
