: Workshop is not conference because it usually does not publish
: proceedings and may have only limited number of attendees. So, most
: workshop does not ask for registration fee. However, many workshops

: Attn: after your paper being accepted, you MUST attend the workshop and 
: present your paper (at least have a representative to do so for you)
