我有一个Fortran 77的程序，但我从没有用过。说明如下：

                     Information about the QSAR Program
                     ----------------------------------

        This directory contains a simple program written in portable
        Fortran 77 to derive QSAR models via regression analysis.
        The analysis can be performed by ordinary least squares (OLS),
        principal components (PCR) or partial least squares (PLS).
        Both the NIPALS and SIMPLS algorithms for PLS are implemented;
        see the source code for further details. "Leave-1-out" cross-
        validation can be performed for all three types of regression.
        For OLS and PCR, variable selection can be run via simulated
        annealing on predictive power. The final QSAR model can be
        used to make predictions for a test set distinct from the
        training set.

        Several small test data sets are provided as "table" files.
        The more extensive validate.table file contains the data from
        Garland Marshall's VALIDATE paper in JACS, 118, 3959 (1996).
        Note that the test set follows the training set in "table"
        files, and is separated from the training set by a blank line.
        Only the first test set given will be used, but others can
        be stored at the bottom of the "table" file. For example, the
        validate file contains a training set with 51 members, followed
        by three blank line separated test sets.
