Pewer Builer is good at development of DB applications, mainly OLTP systems.

Should OLTP be changed for more efficient OLAP?

Maybe indeed he asks what the next generation of PB and DB should be for better 
integration into DataWarehoure, more meta-data of use for OLAP and easy 
implementation of DSS.
