I looked up that paper in DBLP, but it seems no immediate E-versions (it is 
common for such workshop papers). However, there are some paper from the 
same author that is available, say, in ICDE, which I can download for 
you.

And I happened to find some other papers on this topic (seemingly) and u
might be interested:

BTW, many Korean guys will do such things for their own fields. No wonder
Korean guys are also strong in the publication field, :p
