Machine learning is a branch of AI, including some well developed
areas like decision tree, neural network, clustering, and many.
In some aspect, data mining can be said to be machine learning
with *very large* input data. So scalability of the algorithm is
extremely important, but many of the tranditional ML algorithms are
not.
