gsview是可以打开pdf文档的，应该有选项可以转换成eps吧。
我只是这么想想，没试过，不过我认为这样也可以。

The second one can produce high quality eps files.

but i think winedt is just an editor,
and if u install ctex suit,
in fact u r using miktex.
it should be the problem of miktex, but not winedt.

Or, I prefer "texify" (into *.dvi) => "dvips" (into *.ps) => "ps2pdf"
(into *.pdf).

You can use some PS based packages in that way, e.g., pstricks, xypics?

There is a good chinese latex book that can be donwloaded from ctex site
(at least thne, :p)
