Usually, they give reviewers one month to review your paper.
If the reviewers don't agree on how to treat your paper,
they will communicate with each other through the chief editor.
The process took three months.

However, some reviewers are very busy,
they may not do such things on time.

Anyway, you have right to submit your paper to another journal 
if they don't give you response within six months.
(You still need to affirm this from JCRD).

Another choice is to contact the editors,
it may be more constructive.
