训练数据的一般特性，而是训练集的局部特性。当将这个模型
应用到新的测试集上时就导致预测结果不准确。

根据英文的意思应该是：这个经过训练的模型对于训练集样本来说是很好的，
但是对于新数据来说，就表现的不好。
