If you're using the ibe command-line executable, you can encrypt
messages for other people by typing something like:
	ibe encrypt [e-mail] < plain.txt > cipher.txt

This will encrypt the file "plain.txt" for "[e-mail]", and the
output goes to "cipher.txt".
