RFC 107 的排版错误
（TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN RFC 107）
在RFC107的第5页上，段落标题是‘V. Flow Control’的末尾，句子的片段如下：
Each of these numbers is interpreted as “the number of 128ths of the current allocation” to be returned if it is in the range zero to 128...
应该是：
...if it is the range of zero to 127，...
也就是说，当且仅当相应的从左起的高位分数位是1时，就会把正确的分配方法返回给al。
