Things to change when changing versions:

The build number (low word) must always be increassing. Ie, you can't go
from 4.00.950 to 4.10.001. You must go 4.00.950 to 4.10.1xxx.

DDK_Version in dev\ddk\inc\vmm.h must be same as
dev\sdk\inc16\version.h high word of VER_PRODUCTVERSION_DW.

MIN_GRAB_VERSION MAY be updated in dos\dos386\vmdosapp\tty.h if we
don't want to support older grabber.

CONFIGMG_VERSION, PNPDRVS_Major_Ver, PNPDRVS_Minor_Ver must be
updated in dev\ddk\inc\configmg.h.

DDK_Version must be updated in toolsrc\devlib\devlib.c., devlib.exe
must be build and put on dev\ddk\bin. Note that since we have only
one toolsrc, we need to build devlib twice with different
DDK_Version.

Need to fix av\motown\verinfo\verinfo.h & av\motown\build\makefile to deal
with different number of digits in version number.
