<br>This sample demonstrates load on demand while scrolling - in synchronous mode, once the scroller reaches the end of the visible
grid section, more rows are fetched from the server. In partitioned mode, the scroller is set so that it accomodates all rows (visually)
and when the scroller is set on a specific position, the respective rows are fetched from the server.

<br>The last grid on this page also demonstrates load on demand on a hierarchical grid.

<br>The attributes that have to be set on the gridView tag, in order to enable scrolling loadOnDemand are: "loadOnDemand", taking values of
"default" (i.e. synchronous) or "partitioned". The other attribute is "rowFetchSize" which signifies how many rows will be fetched from
the server on each "load on demand" request.
<br>
<br>Note that the style height (CSS height) attribute of the gridView must be set in such a way to be small enough to make the grid display a
scrollbar. If the height property is not set, the grid will accomodate all initial rows and no scroller will be available.
