    it used to leave events in the poller sometimes, which might have caused
    poor response time.

    Poller_sigio::add(fd) doesn't try to guess fd's initial readiness status;
    it just says 'fd is ready for everything'.  This will be wrong sometimes,
    but user programs have to be able to cope with false readiness indications
    anyway (see Stevens), so that should be ok.
    ftp_client_pipe.cc was fixed to deal better with false readiness events on connect.

    Added results from 3000 user test to results.html.

    Finally fixed bugs in dklimits.c that were pointed out long ago
    Poller_bench.sh now does 1 active fd and 1, 1000, 2000, 4000, and 8000

    Fixed bug in roboclient.cc / ftp_client_pipe.cc where an EWOULDBLOCK
    when waking up after throttling incorrectly caused ftp_client_pipe to abort
    This changes the interface to clients of ftp_client_pipe slightly.

    Fixed bug in Poller_bench - it didn't spread the active fd's evenly, which
    unfairly favored select().

    Removed field Poller::PollEvent.events, since some subclasses can't easily
    support it, and it wasn't really needed anyway.

    Because people seldom use urgent data, and it looked like it was slowing
    down Poller_select, added --enable-urgent option to configure to make it optional.

    Optimized Poller_select::getNextEvent to avoid jumps in its inner loop. 
    It increased score by 2%, big whoop.  Probably dominated by copying the fdset?

    Wrote up microbenchmark results comparing poll and select in Poller_bench.txt.

    Switched to automake.  Compile options now specified by command line
    option to 'configure'.
    To enable very verbose mode, you need to do 
      './configure --enable-dprint; make'
    To enable debugging, you need to do 
      './configure --enable-debug; make'
    These can be combined, e.g. 
      './configure --enable-dprint --enable-debug; make'

    To run the unit tests, type 'make check'.  It should print out 
    "All 5 tests passed" at the bottom if they went ok.
    (One of them requires you to be connected to the Internet, and downloads 
    a file from ftp.uu.net.  Don't do 'make check' unless you're online.)

    robouser::unwatchfd now calls stop if cfd is true
    robouser::stop now defers calling shutdown until static_reap to avoid recursion
    ftp_client_pipe now slightly more paranoid about recursion when calling unwatchfd

    Fixed bug in Sked::remove() which showed up when ftp server killed during run
