  * WebMail now handles multiple charsets better and converts all messages to
    UTF-8; this should fix a lot of problems with foreign charsets, especially
    non-Latin
  * fixed some small bugs with non-RFC822-compliant mails (empty addresses
    especially)
  * improved source code documentation
  * TODO: MIME messages not working properly in POP3. IMAP works.
