LED Cycle.
This is a very simple Assembly Language program to cycle the 4 LED lights 
on the Dev Board. A portion of the CPLD (U2) decodes 8051 reads to certain 
external memory addresses to turn the four general-purpose indicators D2-D5 
on and off.
