%   Usage
%     img = IPT2_RPkt(basisTree,coef,D)
%   Inputs
%     basisTree    RPtree selecting Ridglet packet basis
%     coef         coefficients in that basis
%     D            maximum depth of tree
%   Outputs
%     img      reconstruction from Ridgelet Packet coeffts in given basis

%   Description
%     Perform (almost) the inverse operation of FPT2_RPkt.
% 	 Note: this will not in general have exact reconstruction,
% 	 because the reconstruction will always have all terms
% 	 along the first row of the fft2_rp == 0, while the
% 	 original will not have this property in general
