% 		RPFT = ifft2_rp(x)
%   Inputs
% 		RPFT	2n*2n array, recto-polar

% 		x		n*n array, n dyadic
%   Description
% 		The Pseudopolar FFT evaluates the
% 	Discrete Fourier transform of the n*n array
% 	at a set of non-cartesian points.  The output
% 	array has n rows corresponding to radial
% 	distance from the origin in l^infty norm
% 	and 2n columns, corresponding to directions
% 	away from the origin.
