%  Plot_RP_Arc: Plot an `ARC' in Recto-Polar system
%   Usage
%       plot_RP_Arc(center,Tmin,Tmax,R,color,res)
%     Inputs
%       center  coordinates of the center of the Square on which the arc is segmented.
%               center = [centerX, centerY]
%       Tmin,Tmax  range of rectopolar angles (in rectoradians) for which the arc segment is to be drawn
%               Angle is clockwise from 8:00 position. (0 == SE)
%               (Tmin < Tmax) ,    Tmin,Tmax in [0,4]
%       Rad     radius of the arc segment (relative to the origin).
%       color  color of plotted arc
%       res - resolution of the printed arc, (res determines the number of points to use
%               in the polyline description of the arc. Default is 100.
%     Outputs
%       p  handle to the arc segment
% 	Description
% 		A concentric-squares coordinate system adopts the l^infty
% 	distance from origin as pseudo-radial coordinate R, and the 
% 	normalized arclength along the square of radius R as the
%    pseudo-angular coordinate Theta.
% 		Theta ranges from 0 to 4, but any value outside that
% 	range is valid, and will be treated as its mod 4 equivalent
