Hi, it is SMS Man PHP utility to send SMS via http://www.umc.ua web site.
It can send SMS to UMC only phones (I havn't time now to force it to send
SMS to ohther phone numbers). You can simply edit UMCSendSMS.php file and
send SMSs to UMC, GoldenTelecom, WellCom, JEANS GSM providers.
I plan to do it in next version. Also I want to rewrite a PHP code to C++.
Attention! This version is for developers only, so.. it may confuse end-user.

How to use?

You need:
1) PHP (http://www.php.net) with some PEAR (http://pear.php.net) libs.
2) NetPBM library (http://sourceforge.net/projects/netpbm)
3) JOCR (http://sourceforge.net/projects/jocr/)

If you have this project, you can write your simple PHP source and use
UMC_SMS_Sender class to send SMS.

All projects including SMS Man are platform independed, but I've test it only
under Windows XP (to run it under Windows you need Cygwin (or something like this :-)).
