BSQUARE CORPORATION DOWNLOAD LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE AMD BOARD SUPPORT PACKAGE ("AMD BSP")

IMPORTANT: THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BSQUARE. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND USING THE AMD BSP.  IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE AMD BSP AND CONTAINS WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE AMD BSP, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AMD BSP AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DOWNLOAD THE FILE.


1. License Grant. 

The license granted in this Section 1 is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

With regard to the source code, BSQUARE grants to YOU a non-exclusive, non-transferable, world-wide, revocable for material breach site license for a single site, to (i) make copies thereof, but only in quantities reasonably necessary; (ii) make modifications, changes and enhancements to the source code format of the AMD BSP solely for purposes of development of any device classified or assembled by YOU which incorporates Windows CE (揥indows CE Devices
