********************  Additions in Version 2.0  *******************************

1)  Correction of a bug that occurred in initial power-up of eval board.
In version 1.0, the first output frequency of the board was erroneous.

2)  A frequency sweep function that allows designers to select start and "turnaround"
frequency, and the frequency increment steps (1 Hertz min.). Sweep is continuous 
ramp-up and ramp-down.

3)  Extra parameter checking to help ensure that the output is that which is 
desired and that the software does not attempt an illegal function.
