Unzip the program to a folder an run it. It is tested with win 2000 and XP. You need the Projekt1.exe, the ELEXS.dll and the inpout32.dll in this folder. The elexs.dll is from http://www.elexs.de an the inpout32.dll from http://www.logix4u.cjb.net/.
If the program is not running you need the Visual Basic6 runtime environment. You can get these files from http://www.microsoft.com
