Description of version 4.60 enhancements

Version 4.60 is a significant maintenance release.

It includes:

- support for Netscape 6.0. However, due to a known major bug in Netscape 6.0,
scrollbars do not appear in the menu when it is bigger than the frame. 
There is no known workaround for this. Scroll keys can be used instead.

- support for Mac Internet Expolorer

- better support for back button

- further examples, including linking to ODBC database using ASP (ftexamplasp.asp), 
and programmatically highlighting nodes (ftexampl18.htm)

As ever, please install this new version into a new directory. Test fully before
deleting previous implementation.

To upgrade from version 4.50f, you only need to replace files ft.js and ftblank.htm
