Description of version 4.06 enhancements

Version 4.06 is a minor maintenance release.

It includes:

- improved support for version 3 browsers (there was a bug introduced in version 4.05)

- improved wrap behaviour for Netscape Navigator

- improved support for ftp and telnet links, settable for individual nodes

- improved behaviour of example 6

- new example 10 showing how the tree menu and the links can share the same frame

As ever, please install this new version into a new directory, and then copy in
any files you have previously created or modified. Test fully before
deleting previous implementation.
