	add group features, then astercrm could be used as a hosted callcenter
	add predictive dialer for accound group, could choose different context for different group
	add debug mode for eventsdaemon, add a watch dog script 

0.046新特性

	增加了分组功能, 这样astercrm就可以用于虚拟呼叫中心解决方案
	增加了拨号器的分组拨号功能, 可以为不同的分组选用不同的context
	修改了 eventsdaemon.pl 默认启动时为debug模式, 增加了shell脚本 eventdog.sh
