This Software is Shareware. MandySoft grants you a non-exclusive license
to use the Software. The functionality of free downloadable software is limited
until registration and activation is performed. You can obtain activation
key for free or you can buy it. The Software activated for free may be limited
to running only on machine where developers IDE is running, displaying nag
messages or by other manner.

If is your activation key obtained on barter basis (linkware) you must keep
link to our web site as long as you need utilize the Software.

Source codes and parts of this Software not included in any free downloadable
distribution or parts included in encrypted form may not be redistributed by
no means without express written permission from me.

MandySoft products in source code or object form (including but not
limited to .PAS, .DCU, .OBJ), in whole or in part, modified or
unmodified, may not be redistributed for profit or as part of another
commercial or shareware software package without express written
permission from me.

Registration, activation codes and license files (.LIC) may be destributed
only with your software based on our library. It's forbidden to pass
those ones to 3rd party developers.

SCOPE OF GRANT.

- compile-in registartion/activation keys to your software
- distribute license files (.LIC) with your software based on Software (ActiveX)

You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms

- rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights
to the Software; or
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to
comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must
destroy all copies of the Software.
