<h2>Description</h2>
<P>The websWriteBlockData procedure writes a block of raw data
back to the user's browser. It can be used within
both ASP procedures and Form procedures. Data will be immediately
flushed to the user's browser. (See websWriteBlock if Unicode
strings need to be written.) </P>
<h2>Return Value</h2>
<p> The number of bytes actually written.</p>
