<P>The websGetRequestPath procedure returns the URL
path. The URL path is the
portion of the URL after the hostname and port have been stripped off. </P>

<p>Pointer to a statically allocated string. Do not call <A href="../basic/public/bfree.htm">bfree</A>.</p>
