quartus6.0 creak文件 希望多多支持

1. Install, copy sys_cpy.dll to C:\altera\quartus50\bin and overwrite the old one.
2. copy license.dat to c:\flexlm, then edit it: replace all '112233445566' with your true hostid.
   you may read your true hostid with the including util lmutil.exe, just open a command window
   and type: "lmutil lmhostid", you'll see the hostid. After that, save the license.dat
3. start quartus, when asked for license, select c:\flexlm\license.dat
