All logging file are here.
Ensure this directory exists when run YARD or you can experience
strange behavior.

The logging files contain the original text-mode files of Livingston 
daemon as well as other binary form used in conjunction with
radlist and radlast.

A sample structure is:

year/				logging files for year 'year'
	radlast-XX		radlast logging files per month XX=01..12
	user-stats		radlist yearly logging file

client-nas/year			detail files (it's a text files) of the nas 'client-nas' for year 'year' 
	detail-XX		this is the original livingston 'detail' file for month XX=01..12
