Hpmbcalc, and choose Help Contents from the Help menu.

***** Installation *****

    If you received this version of Hpmbcalc in a self-extracting
    setup file (for example, hpmbc421.exe), you can install it as
    follows:

    1. Select the Run... option from the Taskbar Start menu;
    2. Type the full name of the file 
       (for example, C:\Download\hpmbc421.exe);
    3. Press the Enter key, and follow the prompts.

    If you received this version of Hpmbcalc in a zipped archive 
    file (for example, hpmbc421.zip), you will need to unpack the 
    archive file to access self-extracting setup file. To do so, 
    you should install an archiver (program that handles packed-files) 
    unless you are using Windows 2000 or Windows XP which have 
    built-in .zip support. To get an archiver program, you can goto 
    http://www.winzip.com to download.
