 01:0000h - 3F:FCFFh  free RAM Area (Depends on Module memory size)
 3F:FE00h - 3F:FFFFh  RAM used by Monitor (Date area / Always the last 0x200 Bytes of RAM)
 40:0000h - 7F:FFFFh  Flash Area  (Depends on Module memory size)
 7F:E800h - 7F:FFFFh  Flash used by Monitor (Code area / Always the last 0x1800 Bytes of Flash)
 40:0000h - 40:0004h  Flash used by Monitor (Reset Vector after Reset)
