1.&nbsp;<a NAME="Introduction"></a>Introduction</h2>
Cumulative patch 2 for WindML 2.0 replaces cumulative patch 1 for WindML
2.0. It includes&nbsp; the contents of cumulative patch 1 plus additional
fixes made to the product since the release of cumulative patch 1. You
should no longer install cumulative patch 1.

2.&nbsp;<a NAME="Installation"></a>Installation</h2>
Before installing this patch, WindML 2.0 must first be installed.
<p>This patch has been tested with the following releases of Tornado:
<ul>
<li>
Tornado 2.0.2 for x86</li>

<li>
Tornado 2.0.2 for PPC</li>

<li>
Tornado 2.0.1 for ARM</li>

<li>
Tornado 2.1 for Mips</li>

<li>
Tornado 2.1 for StrongArm</li>

<li>
Tornado 2.1 for SH with the compiler patch for the Tornado 2.1 for Hitachi
SuperH Release. This cumulative patch is identified as 68185 or newer.</li>
</ul>
The contents of the patch archive (windml2-patch2.tar) should be extracted
to a temporary directory.&nbsp; When the contents of the archive is extracted,
the directory structure must be maintained.&nbsp; The archive contains
a setup program (SETUP for unix and setup.exe for windows hosts) that will
install the patch.&nbsp;&nbsp; Execute the appropriate setup program and
follow the instructions to install the patch.

3.&nbsp;<a NAME="Documentation"></a>Documentation</h2>
You should be familiar with the standard Tornado 2.0 document set or have
it available for reference. The documentation issued with WindML 2.0 should
continue to be used. WindML documentation is not part of this release.
<p>The WindML 2.0 User's Guide have a couple discrepancies, as follows:

Incorrect reference on page 197 -&nbsp; States that the audio ioctl functions
are listed in 3.11 Audio, page 82 where they are actually located in section
6.3.1, page 115</li>

Sections 2.6.1 and 2.6.2 are incorrect.&nbsp;&nbsp; These sections can
be ignored, when WindML is installed the simulators are automatically updated
to include the required simulator modifications for WindML.</li>
