Description:    A library for reading and writing gif images.  The save
                functionality uses an uncompressed gif algorithm to avoid
                the Unisys LZW patent.  This library is based heavily on Eric
                Raymond's libgif package and implements a superset of that
                library's API.  This version is not binary compatible with
                giflib-3.0, but is compatible with the new giflib-4.0 release.
