another important feather is power consumption:
test result:
1)test condition :DC 3V baterry;
2)test instrument:fluke 17B digital multimeter
3)standby current:19-27uA

NOTES:
the power consumption are affected by MCU oscillator,software structure, i/o usage,LCD panel.
in this platform ,the LCD panel is very big,and it will consume about 5-9uA.however,the LCD
panel which was used in real product is smaller than this one(the area is just 1/4 ) consume 
about 2-3uA.
