Unit Test for the cimconfig CLI


1. Start the cimserver on the local host, using the default port, 5988.

2. Run the script ./runtest in the cimconfig/tests directory.

3. If there are no errors, the message "+++++ passed all tests"
   is displayed. Otherwise, the error messages will be displayed.

   (Command output is stored in ./output file)
