Yoics Linux Proxy program/daemon 2.1 release.

This program will allow you to access the webserver or other service
on the target machine from anywhere in the world via the Yoics desktop.  

This software is ideal for running with Zoneminder, Astrix, subversion,
telnet, SMTP, POP or any other software packages or services typically run on 
a Linux box. This allows access remotely without having to deal with firewalls, 
dynamic IP's, portforwarding, routing or other complex network configuration.

yoicsd -  is the executable, it should run on any 32-bit Linux platform.

yoics.txt - is the configuration file, it is not necessary to modify at this
            time.

install - automatic intallation file

yoics.startup.file - Daemon configuration and statup file

README_FIRST.TXT - This file


Getting Started
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

yoicsd can be run with ./yoicsd at the command line if it is run in
the same directory as yoics.txt.   

Otherwise yoicsd can be run as ./yoicsd -f /config/file/location/yoics.txt

To run as a daemon the -d option can be used with yoicsd.

The install file automatically installs and confgures the yoics software
as a deomon.

Once this software has been stared you must do an initial configuration
at www.yoics.net.  Create and account and login.  Click on "new devices" you
should see the device listed.  Select this device and give it a name.

Once this is done this device is now linked to your
Yoics account and you may access it with the Yoics desktop (downloadable
from yoics.net).  You also may grant access to your device to other Yoics
users.
