要<BR>长期以来，商场库存管理一直是一份数据量最大、频率最高、管理最繁琐的工作，给商场的发展带来诸多的问题。一直以来人们使用传统的人工方式管理物资库，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点，诸如效率低，保密性差等，而且时间一长，将产生大量的文件和数据，这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。商场库存管理系统克服了上述的不足，因此在商场库存管理及相关单位，将有广阔的前景。<BR>论文首先对商场库存管理系统进行了详细的需求分析，然后进行了总体设计和详细设计，最终以VB6.0为开发工具实现了该系统。该系统的主要功能包括：系统管理、库存管理、入库管理、出库管理、盘存管理、综合管理、附项分类、历史数据管理等几大功能模块。其中系统管理包括用户管理，密码管理，关闭系统，以及数据的备份与恢复，可以根据需要对整个数据库进行备份，以确保数据的安全性。出入库管理、盘存管理等模块实现操作员对货物从入库到出库期间的统一管理。附项分类实现了对供货单位信息及采购人员信息的管理。<BR>系统的运用具有人工管理无法比拟的优点，如检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些都能够极大地提高货品物资库存的管理效率，也是企业物资库存管理科学化、正规化，与世界接轨的重要条件。</P>

<P>Abstract<BR>The shopping center inventory management has been a number
of the largest and highest frequency for a long time . It has brought many
problems to the development of malls. And people have been using the
traditional manual management of the materials for a long time.But there
are many shortcomings for such management methods. And over the long term,
it will have a lot of documents and data which has brought a lot of
difficulties to locate, upgrades and maintenance. Shopping center
inventory management system can overcome these deficiencies. So there will
be a broad prospect in shopping malls and related inventory management
units. <BR>Firstly the article solutes management system for needs
analysis.And then proceed to the detail design.We realize the system by
using of VB6.0 ultimately at last.Its main functions include thant system
management, inventory management,warehousing.management, warehousing
management,inventory management, comprehensive management, classified
report,historical data management and several major functional modules.we
can insure our dats safety troughout the system management module which
includes user management, password management and closed systems. Out
storage management and inventory management module operator of the goods
from storage to the period from the unified management. Report classified
realization of the units Availability of information and procurement
personnel information management.<BR>There are incomparable advantages
such as rapid retrieval and search for convenient, high reliability, large
memory capacity, privacy good, long life and low cost in the use of
artificial management system. These can greatly improve the material goods
inventory management efficiency for enterprises.And It is material
management enterprises scientific conditions . integration with the world
an important condition. Also It is the world's enterprises and the
