      mysql_auth - fixed.

    - changed mysql_connet() to mysql_real_connect(), and added a new configuration
      parameter: mysqld_socket
    - modified mypasswd's INSERT query: the query reads the columns name from
      configuration file, not a static query

v0.5:
    - fixed up a critical bug: when mysql_auth reads from standard input a ^D sequence,
      it dosn't do anything; when admin sends a SIGHUP to squid (with '-k reload'), it 
      starts again a few number of mysql_auth process

v0.4a:
    - fixed up a non critical bug: when somebody uses encrypt_password_form NO, mypasswd
      puts an empty password to table, when admin gives password as argument

v0.4:
    - added encrypt_password_form parameter to config file; you can store
      in encrypt form your passwords in database
    - fixed up few functions

v0.3:
    - changed read method from standard input for user/password pairs

v0.2:
    - added 'mypasswd' utility
    - added user_column and password_column names in configurable variables
