    Removed assertequals.h, assertmacros.h, assertconvert.h
    Rewrote all testcases to use QtTest library
    Moved all test cases out of utils and into ../tests
    
    qstd.h: changed cout, cin, cerr to cout(), cin() and cerr() -
        functions instead of objects. This is in attempt to
        make it more windows DLL friendly.
