You must have qgis 0.9+ with python bindings in order to run this plugin. If you want to modify the UI, you'll need th qt4 devtools.

1) Edit the INST_DIR in the Makefile to match your environment
2) sudo make install
3) open qgis and turn on the Installer plugin
