NOTEPAD.EXE  - part of PSpad

File Notepad.EXE runs PSPad only.
Some programs work directly with Notepad.EXE. If you want to use PSPad with 
these programs, you need to replace file
  \Windows\Notepad.EXE with Notepad.EXE as part of PSpad.

Recommendations:
1. you need PSPad 3.5.9 (1293) or higher version
2. before first run of Notepad.exe it is necessary to run PSPad.EXE. During PSPad
   first run a new key is created in the Registry:
   \\HKEY_Current_User\Software\PSPad\ with path to PSpad.EXE

Installation on Windows 2000, WindowsXP:
because this systems has system files protection, you need to replace files in
directories:
%windir%\system32\dllcache
%windir%\system32

Installation on Windows Vista:
Find c:\windows\notepad.exe and c:\windows\system32\notepad.exe
and set the owner to 慉dministrators
