<p align="justify" class=normal>The <em><strong>PN Toolbox</strong></em> uses 
  a configuration file to store the global information needed for initialization. 
  This file, called <em>PNTconfig.txt</em>, is stored in the folder where the 
  <em><strong>PN Toolbox</strong></em> is installed. The user can modify the values 
  of all the parameters; the modifications are effective the next time when the 
  <em><strong>PN Toolbox </strong></em>is started</p>
