Bug fixes:

Compile button on toolbar now works.

Fixed bug #720231 (Access violation when you click on the project manager with no project open.).

Fixed bug #720236. Added (and removed) other options as well.

Known problems:
The File|Close and File|New|Project commands are very unstable right now. I don't recommend using them. Beware!

New features:

You can now open projects by passing them as parameters! For example, you can tell Windows to open BPJ files with the BASIC IDE. Check it out and have fun!

Changes:
Removed support for everything _but_ RapidQ. Made it so the IDE can be changed to support other languages, though.
