<p>该模块是失败补救(fallback)模块，它在未正确配置授权支持模块(比如<code class="module"><a href="../mod/mod_authz_user.html">mod_authz_user</a></code>或<code class="module"><a href="../mod/mod_authz_groupfile.html">mod_authz_groupfile</a></code>)的情况下简单拒绝一切授权请求。</p>

<p>将<code class="directive">AuthzDefaultAuthoritative</code>明确设置为 <code>Off</code> 将允许将授权操作交由更底层的(在<code>modules.c</code>文件中定义的)模块来处理。</p>

<p>通常并不存在更底层的模块，因为<code class="module"><a href="../mod/mod_authz_default.html">mod_authz_default</a></code>已经被定义为<em>非常底层</em>的模块了。因此最好将<code class="directive">AuthzDefaultAuthoritative</code>保持其默认值(<code>On</code>)。</p>
