The count includes all changes from all triggercontexts. But the count does not include changes used toimplement REPLACE constraints, do rollbacks or ABORT processing,or DROP table processing.The changesare counted as soon as the statement that makes them is completed(when the statement handle is passed to <a href="../c3ref/reset.html">sqlite3_reset()</a> or<a href="../c3ref/finalize.html">sqlite3_finalize()</a>).</p><p>SQLite implements the command "DELETE FROM table" withouta WHERE clause by dropping and recreating the table. (This is muchfaster than goingthrough and deleting individual elements from the table.) Because ofthis optimization, the change count for "DELETE FROM table" will bezero regardless of the number of elements that were originally in thetable.
