%GENERATE_BULK_PAR Generation of WIM channel parameters
%   [BULK_PAR]=GENERATE_BULK_PAR(WIMPAR,LINKPAR,ANTPAR,FIXPAR) generates the
%   "bulk" parameters according to WINNER D5.4. For explanation of
%   the input structs, see WIMPARSET, LINKPARSET, and ANTPARSET.
