3.1	Test Strategy
The Test Strategy phase is the beginning of the test management workflow in which it is defined how the testing activities will be conducted during the QA life cycle.  The key deliverable for this phase is an overall Test Strategy document by Project Test Lead.  Much like a project plan, this document outlines the overall plan for how the testing will be approached for each of the planned target environments, and what are the roles and responsibilities for project team members.  
Specifically the Test Strategy document should define:
?	High level testing strategy and approach
?	Testing scopes
?	Testing stages/phases
?	High level testing schedule/timeline
?	Testing environments
?	Testing team members, tools, procedures and support
Customers of Test Strategy document:
?	The project test lead uses this deliverable to create detailed test plans and test cases. 
?	The tester(s) use this deliverable as the guideline for creating detailed test cases/scripts.
?	The project lead uses this deliverable as an input to detailing the project work plan, and for planning and communicating testing activities. The project lead also uses this deliverable to understand the need (if any) for additional resource requirements (resources, scope) for testing execution. 

测试策略
  测试策略阶段是测试管理流程的开端，它已经被定义好如何在整个产品质保生命周期内引导测试活动。这一阶段的关键就是一个由项目测试组领导提供的整体测试策略文档。就像一个项目计划一样，这个文档概要地阐述了如何测试才能适应每一步预计目标的整体计划，以及项目组每个成员的角色和任务是什么。
具体测试策略文档定义如下：
1、高层测试策略及方法
2、测试范围
3、测试阶段
4、高层测试计划及时间表
5、测试环境
6、测试团队的成员、工具、程序、以及支持
客户测试策略文档：
1、项目测试带头使用这种可实现的方法创建测试计划及测试案例
2、测试者把可实现方法作引导来创建详细测试案例及脚本
3、项目带头用这种可实现的方法作为一种详细说明此项目工作计划的切入点，来规划与沟通测试活动。项目还要率先使用这种可行的方法来了解因测试执行产生的额外资源需求（资源、范围）的需要（如果存在）。
